Pleyra is an independent mobile software studio based in Istanbul, Turkey. We build apps and games that combine sharp engineering with beautiful design.
Our first release, OBPro, serves obstetricians and gynecologists worldwide, proving that professional-grade clinical tools can also be a pleasure to use.

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Pleyra ("we", "us", or "our"), a mobile software studio based in Istanbul, Turkey, governing your use of any mobile application published by Pleyra (each, an "App"). By downloading, installing, or using any Pleyra App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
01, Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Pleyra App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App. Certain Apps may have additional eligibility requirements (for example, professional licensing requirements), which will be stated within the App itself.
02, License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Pleyra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our Apps solely for your personal, lawful purposes. This license does not permit you to:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of any App
Distribute, sell, resell, or sublicense any App to any third party
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any App
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
Use any App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
03, Free & Premium Apps
Pleyra publishes both free and premium Apps. Some Apps are entirely free to use. Others offer a free base version with optional paid upgrades, or require a subscription to access all features. The specific access model for each App is described in that App's App Store listing.
04, Subscriptions & Payments
For Apps offering auto-renewable subscriptions, the following terms apply. Current subscription pricing per App is listed in Section 05 below.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the original subscription.
Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings in the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
Refunds: All purchases are final. Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified of price changes before they take effect. Continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

The following pricing applies to Pleyra's currently published Apps. Prices are listed in USD and may vary by region based on Apple's local pricing.

OBPro Monthly: $9.99 / month (auto-renewable)
OBPro Annual: $49.99 / year (auto-renewable) — equivalent to $4.17/month

06, Medical & Professional Disclaimer
Certain Pleyra Apps are designed as professional decision-support tools (such as clinical calculators or reference utilities). These Apps are intended to assist qualified professionals — not to replace professional judgment, formal training, or established institutional protocols.
Professional Apps published by Pleyra are not certified medical devices and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Pleyra assumes no liability for any outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of such Apps. Users are solely responsible for verifying all outputs before acting on them in any professional context.
07, User Responsibilities
By using any Pleyra App, you agree to:
Use the App only for its intended, lawful purpose
Comply with all applicable laws and professional regulations in your jurisdiction
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
Not use the App in any way that could harm, overload, or impair its functionality
08, Intellectual Property
All Pleyra Apps and their content — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, and design — are the exclusive property of Pleyra and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to use Pleyra's trademarks, brand elements, or proprietary materials.
09, Privacy
Our approach to privacy is described in our Privacy Policy. By using any Pleyra App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
10, Disclaimer of Warranties
All Pleyra Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that any App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11, Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pleyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or any harm — arising from your use of or inability to use any Pleyra App, even if Pleyra has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12, Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Pleyra App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or is otherwise harmful. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall do so.
13, Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
14, Changes to These Terms
We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify users through App updates where appropriate. Your continued use of any Pleyra App after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Privacy Policy describes how Pleyra ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the OBPro mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users.
01, Overview
OBPro is a clinical assistant for obstetricians, gynecologists, midwives, and other healthcare professionals. OBPro does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or patient data. All calculations are performed entirely on your device.
02, Information We Do NOT Collect
Patient names, identifiers, or any personally identifiable information (PII)
Medical records, clinical notes, or health data
Values or inputs entered into the App's calculators
Device location data
Usage analytics, behavioral data, or session recordings
03, On-Device Processing
All computations, gestational age, fetal weight, Bishop Score, APGAR, PE risk, drug dosage, FGR assessment, execute entirely on your device. No data is sent to external servers.
04, No Internet Connection Required
OBPro functions fully offline. No network requests are made during normal App usage.
05, Third-Party Services
OBPro does not integrate with Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, or similar services. The App is distributed via the Apple App Store; Apple may collect information per Apple's Privacy Policy.
06, Data Retention
We collect no data. Local App data can be cleared by uninstalling the App or clearing App data through device settings.
07, Healthcare Professional Responsibility
OBPro is a support tool, not a substitute for clinical judgment. Users are responsible for compliance with HIPAA, KVKK, GDPR, and other applicable regulations.
08, Children's Privacy
OBPro is for adult healthcare professionals only. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
09, Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above and communicated via App updates.
